Accreditation

 

Approved by Thailand's Commission of Higher Education to award Degrees on 1) Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hotel & Tourism Management in 1997 and 2) Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Service Industry Management in 2013,  Siam University is licensed by Thailand Ministry of Education.  Dr. Pornchai Monkhonvanit, the president of Siam University, also serves as the vice president of the International Association of Universities (IAU).

 

Siam University has gained accreditation and recognition as a member of the following organizations: the International Association of Universities (IAU), the International Association of University Presidents (IAUP), the International Association of Hotel Schools (EUHOFA), the Association of Southeast Asian Institutions of Higher Learning (ASAIHL), the Asian Regional Training and Development Organization (ARTDO), and the Association of Universities in Asia and the Pacific (AUAP). Moreover, Dr. Pornchai Mongkhonvanit, was honored to have been selected by the IAUP as President from July 2005 through 2008 term and is currently an advisor to the association.
