Knowledge Management on "how to survive your business during the political instability".

The International Program in Hotel and Tourism Management of Siam University and the Hotel and Tourism Committee of the Association of Private Higher Education Institutions of Thailand have jointly organized a workshop on "how to survive your business during the unstable political situation" on May 2, 2014 from 14:00-16:00 at Siam University.

Prof. Eric Laws and Ajarn Sanwicha Muttamara and Associate Prof. Dr. Bongkosh Rittichainuwat and were the speakers and moderators. The participants were business owners, senior tour guides, Thai and international students from the program.

The faculty members of the program have disseminated their research findings published in referee journals.  To illustrate, when the unstable political situation is unavoidable, the public and private sectors should live with it but change their operation by selling alternative destinations and training their staff and renovating their facilities.  This enables the business to expand its market share and retaining high productivity staff.  To learn more about the research paper distributed at the workshop, click here: sample of our research articles
